IB Maths Help

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These Terms govern your use of the IB Maths Help website and its practice questions, worked solutions and study resources (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing access you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Developing Maths Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13700723), whose registered office is at Kemp House, 152–160 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. We trade as IB Maths Help.

For any questions about these Terms, contact us at phil@developingmaths.co.uk.

2. The Service

We provide original, exam-style mathematics practice questions and worked solutions for the four IB Diploma Mathematics courses. All questions are written by us in the IB style. We are an independent resource and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). "IB" and "International Baccalaureate" are trademarks of the IBO.

Our content is for study and revision support only. We do not guarantee any particular examination result.

Alongside the question bank we also provide free study tools, including an IA guide, a GDC guide, an annotated formula booklet, and - for teacher accounts - a test builder.

3. Accounts & access tiers

4. Pricing & the access period

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details - these are entered directly with Stripe and handled under their own security and privacy standards. By paying, you authorise the charge and confirm you are entitled to use the payment method.

6. Cancellations

Because full access is a single one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription, there is nothing to "cancel" to stop future charges - you will not be billed again. You may stop using the Service at any time. Ending your use early does not entitle you to a partial or pro-rated refund of the one-off fee, except as set out in the Refunds section below.

7. Refunds

8. Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and, with your consent, to understand how it is used. This includes:

Essential cookies are used automatically as part of providing the Service. Analytics and monitoring cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner, and declining them does not affect your ability to use the Service.

9. Acceptable use & intellectual property

All questions, solutions and materials are our original work and are protected by copyright. Your access is for your own personal study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share your access with others, or use the content to build a competing product. We may suspend or terminate access (without refund) for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

Teacher use: If you hold a teacher account, you may reproduce our questions and mark schemes in tests, worksheets and assessments for your own students, and distribute those to your own students for classroom and assessment use. You may not publish our questions publicly, share them beyond your own students, resell them, or use them to build a competing product. All other restrictions in this section continue to apply.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add, or remove content and features over time.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any examination outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
